Sun was presented with the opportunity to purchase our neighbors property. With the recent growth of our Polyester Powder Coating resins, the recent success of the Solid Bead Acrylic, Waterborne and Saturated Polyester Resins business we thought it would be a good idea to purchase this land and ensure that we could add future capacity. The land is currently a Golf Course and will continue to run as a Golf course until it is time to expand.
